The staff are extremely nice - Andrea, Mia, Tina, Omar and the other cook all very warm and hospitable. Even the drivers who picked up and dropped us off at the Kakslautannen bus stop are friendly. "Check in process and address was misleading. Ended up at a address which was 1.5hrs away from igloo. Address they gave in a message was wrong. Breakfast on first day was not suitable (there excuse was it was off season). Second morning after complaining they adjusted and improved. Sauna was great. View from igloo was pretty. "All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy welcoming check in. A huge fresh selection at breakfast every morning from fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, fish, cooked foods, bread, pastries, gluten free options, various coffees, teas, smoothies, juices and more. Room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from our 9th floor room. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel and is easy to book. Is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. We ate at the hotel most nights food was delicious."

There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."
